I was so excited to hear the news! Happy for everyone that has worked so hard to get this far and all of us in the Great Lakes Bay Region that will benefit from the jobs, tax base and better environment! Keep up the good work.

Great news for the area. The Consumer's plant brings jobs and energy to the area NOW, or very soon.

I saw a TV interview with a detractor last night. He said he understands the need for jobs but said his side sees far more jobs in clean energy. That may be the case but it's far in the future and entirely unsure. When advanced clean energy becomes economical and proven it will take its place naturally. For now it's impact is little more than expensive hybrid cars.
