The long awaited sequel to the comedy hit, Late Nite Catechism is here! That's right, Sister is back! With the blessings of the archdiocese, Sister has assembled banners, filmstrips, mimeographed handouts, historical facts and hysterical insights as she conducts her class into convulsions of laughter.
This time Sister has been given the run of the class as well as the curriculum. It's a catechism for the new millennium where SUVs, reality television and cloning have shaken the old morality.
Never one to edit her thoughts, Sister also bemoans the lack of religious vocations in the United States by declaring Americans to be -selfish, weak and lazy. - And lest the audience think that to be the worst, Ms. Donovan warns the assembled, 'we're not going for a pass/fail here -we're going for a little open humiliation. - Who knew that guilt could be so much fun!
In Late Nite Catechism, Sister bemoans the changes that Vatican II had brought to the Church. In Late Nite Catechism 2, Sister warns us that we'd all better start making changes or we're going to be spending eternity with the heat on high! And no doubt if you ask Sister what the 11th Commandment would most likely be, the answer you'll get is: 'Thou shalt not miss Late Nite Catechism 2.'
