Last Week's Hype
Two Nights at the Dow with Kid Rock

After last week's Kid Rock hype going on all week, the Kid rock parties around town, chasing him here and there and then finally, the two extraordinary sold out back-to-back nights of Kid Rock at Saginaw's Dow Event Center now all the hype is over, except for the lingering songs still in my head -- that I think I can sing.
I was surprised, for lack of a better word, to catch some flak the following week from MyBayCity readers who were looking for a follow up of the concert from 'the Entertainment Editor' --
As I think I have enough material to write a book of my own thoughts
and a few stories of my own encounters with famous rock stars, I layed back quietly after the busy week, listening to everyone's comments, reading media reviews, looking at pictures and even Facebook comments.
Some comments were negative. These folks are obviously not fans of Kid Rock. I am not sure I understand how you can't
help feel intrigued by someone who (from Michigan) has made their life so powerful in the music business.
In a recent interview Kid Rock explained some ways he gives back to the community in one way or another.
First if you've never seen Kid Rock in concert, it's a very patriotic setting and experience and a real
good hometown feeling he leaves you with, he really expresses his Michigan roots and heritage.
And I continue to say
it is a total different experience and better concert when you are close up front to the stage, so try to get up close if you can.
So, as i looked at the slim Kid Rock, I couldn't help but wonder what Kid Rock would look like if you spent 90
days doing P90X.
Would he do it? Could he do it? Has he heard of it? Could I convince him to join the Beachbody Team?
.......... My Goal . . . To be Kid Rock's Beachbody Coach!
