Ann Hebert Wins Old City Hall's 'Find the Finger' Contest

Ann Hebert is the Executive Administrative Assistant to Superintendent of Essexville Schools John Mertz.

Ann is also the winner of this week's "Find the Finger" contest in MyBayCity.

"I read it every week," Hebert said while she had her picture taken with Old City Hall's Manager Rose Grappin.

Hebert is already a regular customer at Old City Hall in Bay City but says "The Gift Card will used within a week or two."


Hebert was one of 97 players in this week's Find the Finger Contest sponsored by Old City Hall Restaurant on Saginaw Street in Downtown Bay City.

Old City Hall Owner, Dave Dittenber (Pictured at Right) says the contest is creating quite a stir at the restaurant. "There's a buzz about the contest," Dittenber said during a conversation at a recent Bay Area Chamber Business After Hours. "I like it. It's fun and we're happy with the promotion value," Dittenber added.
