Accepting Donations for Family Who Experienced a Tragic Fire

The Do-Care Family Enrichment Center, a division of Do-All, Inc. is accepting donations for a family who experienced a tragic fire in their home on May 22. Jose and Maricela Mireles, and their four children. The children range in age from 14-21 and are in need of furniture, household goods and clothing.
In addition, appliances are also needed, including refrigerator, electric stove, washer and gas dryer. Several efforts are being coordinated to assist this family during this difficult time.
Catholic Family Credit Union has established an account for the Mireles Family, a family friend is coordinating a bottle drive taking place on June 8 beginning at 9 a.m. and Arrow Restoration is looking to organize a spaghetti dinner to benefit the family.
Do-Care Family Enrichment Center has been providing assistance to families facing crisis in Bay County since 2006 and redistributes donations of furniture, household goods, clothing and food to families in need.
Donations can be brought to the Cat's Meow Thrift Store, 1465 W. Center Road in Hampton Township, Monday through Friday from 9-4 and Saturdays from 10-2:30.
