OJ Cunningham -- Keeping It Cool!
Warming Up
MyBayCity reporters were present at 509 Center Avenue earlier this week and witnessed Publisher, OJ Cunningham activate an air conditioning unit on the 2nd floor of his building.
Reporters claim that Cunningham made the decision when he found his office, a now very small corner of the building, had reached 80 Degrees.
Josh Sharrow, who imagines himself a friend of Cunningham, was surprised Cunningham made the move so early in the Spring. "Normally, if we have to wait for O.J. to turn on the air conditioning, we may all die of heat exhaustion before the summer!"
Sharrow reported that at times the office building may reach temperatures over 10 Degrees warmer than outside temperature. "At one time during the Polar Vortex the office got pretty darn cold," said Sharrow.
MyBayCity reporters reached out to Cunningham's wife, Donna Cunningham, who mumbled an intelligible reference about being a neutral resident of Switzerland then began fake-typing at her desktop'skeyboard..
Karen Polega, part time office employee of OJ Advertising, quickly commented "No Comment." . . . "Don't try to get me involved in this."
By day's end, all survived and the building had cooled appropriately.
Cunningham has not been seen at the office since the thermostat incident.
