Auditions will be held Saturday, January 19th at 1 p.m. for ages 10-20
Never auditioned for a musical before? Not sure how to prepare for the audition? Want to know what to expect at an audition? This workshop is for you!
The workshop will involve how to prepare and what to expect when auditioning for a musical. It will answer the question, "What is the director looking for?"
Just remember, smile Baby! Sing out Louise!
Workshops will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2013. Ages 10 to 14 are 10:00am to 11:30am, and ages 15 to 20 are 1:00pm to 2:30pm. The fee for the workshop is $5.00 with a maximum of 20 per workshop.
Workshops will be conducted by Denyse Wickline Clayton. Denyse owns and operates Flying Pig Theatre Academy in Midland and has directed dozens of shows for youth and adults alike. She is a regular workshop instructor for Bay City Players 'Stages of Discovery' program. Most recently, she directed 'Leading Ladies' this season and 'The Best Christmas Pageant Ever' last season at Bay City Players.
