According to a poll, ran last year (2010) on MyBayCity.com, the TOP TWO resolutions were 'losing weight' and to 'exercise more'.
Making Goals are Good! And one of the most significant & popular time to set goals is for the NEW YEAR!
Make 2012 your year to be BETTER, STRONGER, WISER.
Experts say the ladder to success is personal development. Don't wish life was easier, condition yourself to be better. Improve on yourself, both mentally and physically.
Consider working from the outside in. Get your body in good condition, feel healthier, which will improve your mood, create new thinking, new ideas. Making you feel like you can accomplish anything, and not letting anyone get you down or discourage you.

Personally, I have room for many improvements. In the summer of 2012 I have the incredible opportunity to meet many top world class fitness trainers in the Nation.
Of course, I want to be in top physical shape. So I am going to take this opportunity to step up my game and increase my physical fitness as well as working on better nutrition.
Another resolution of mine is to spend more time with family and maybe to read all the books I have not finished. I prefer to read non-fiction. Although I do admit, sometimes an escape out of reality can be good for the soul.
Anyway, It's impossible to MAKE MORE TIME, so I will have to eliminate or perhaps sacrifice something else.
Remember . . . Improving any job skills or being successful starts with improving yourself.
Think . . . Better, Stronger, Wiser.
MAKE IT HAPPEN in 2012 !!
