Are there days were you just cant seem to get motivated ?
Try to get active first thing in the morning . . . Even a 20 - 30 minute work out is good,
for me it seems to set the pace for the day.
Like to sit and have your cup of joe? Have your coffee, but stay on your feet.
Once you sit down, seems the couch will suck you in. I noticed if I sit down, I'm all done, cause then my body starts to relax, I get tired or I will get engrossed in a movie or show. Before you know it's two hours later.
So I avoid it all together, to stay productive, and make good use of the time awake.
One way to get a good start on the day . . .
Water, Water, Water . . . Drink water when you first wake up in the morning!
It will help kick start your body and speed up your metabolism.
Water flushes
fat from the cells in your body which in turn will help you lose weight.
So, if you don't do anything else, try just increasing your water in-take, you should feel a change. Not alot all at once but throughout the day.
How much water ? Take your body weight divide it by 2, and that equals how many OUNCES of water you should have a day.
I hear a lot of people say, well coffee has water in it, does that count ?? Water is water . . . does not mean coffee or diet pop, those will just dehydrate you. It should be distilled water or reverse osmosis if possible.
Deep sleep does rejuvenate the body and mind but sometimes
it seems the more sleep I get the more I feel tired when I awake.
Get enough sleep, but don't over do it.

They also say two glasses of water prior to a meal will help add in weight loss simply because it fills up the stomach with a substance that has zero calories.
