If you were around in the 70's as an adult or a child, you may have already heard of "the pencil test".
It's a fun, easy and simple way to tell if your buttock needs toning, if it's lifted or needs to be lifted.
And it has really stood the test of time.
To see if your butt has enough lift, simply take a pencil and place it in the crease where your buttock meets the top of the back of your thigh. If the pencil stays put or actually disappears, your butt lacks the LIFT that reduces that crease.
The goal is to lose fat and firm your buttock, so it's lifted and the pencil falls on the floor.
Well, recently I tried the pencil test. Imagine how disappointed I was when failed their silly test. I know there is ALWAYS room for improvement.
So, this is exactly the type of challenge that gets me motivated to again get more diversity in my workouts and try the Brazil Butt Lift DVDs.

It's actually quite Fun and as a P90X grad, although the work outs are shorter time variations, they are on the top of the game in extreme along with P90X and Insanity.
