Steve Walczak knows all about LOCATION. Three years ago, Walczak, formerly the owner of Dial Real Estate brought Top Producers, Inc. Real Estae back home to the corner of Euclid and the East-bound one way on Bay City's West Side.

Ask anyone why. The answer is easy . . . It's a great location.

Now, Top Producers is using that same LOCATION to give back to the community. For the 3rd straight year, the real estate group has headed a summertime blood drive in conjunction with the Saginaw Valley Blood Drive Program and the West Side Euclid Avenue Walgreen's Store.

Top Producers' spokesman, John Kinkema said this years' blood drive was the most successful. "This was our best year by far," Kinkema said. Kinkema went on to say that thirty-nine pints of blood were donated by local blood doners during the six hour drive last weekend.

"Next year, we're going to make it a full day drive," Kinkema said. Kinkema went on to say that the blood drive has the supportof the Walgreen's Store across the street on Wilder Road as well as the support of local Saginaw Valley Blood Drive organizers.

"Walgreen's supplies food, drinks and gifts for doners," Kinkema said. Grilled hot dog and sloppy-joes and drinks were available during the noon to 6:00pm event.
