The Bay City State Theater present the Timothy W. Tidwell Gospel Concert Tuesday October 9, 2007 at 7:00 PM. Concert is Free -Donations Appreciated.

Tim W. Tidwell was born in Macon, Georgia and is one of five children. Tim is very thankful to have been raised in a Christian home and began singing as a solo artist at the age of 15. His family has always been very active in gospel music, so it is natural for him.

In the 1990's, Tidwell became the music director for Sherwood Park Baptist Church in Melbourne, Florida, and his wife Pattie, assisted him in working with the youth of that church.

Tidwell and his family moved to Bay City for the second time in 1997 and in 2006, he felt that God led him to begin his music ministry in the Bay City area to encourage those in nursing homes, churches and elsewhere. Tidwell has written a variety of Southern Gospel Songs straight from the heart. His first recording is scheduled to be released in the fall of 2007.

Many of Tidwell's songs are fun, upbeat, and lighthearted, while others are worshipful and prayerful. Tim hopes you will have a closer walk with God as a result of his ministry. Although his concerts may be fun and energetic, Tim's prayer is to see others encouraged to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. http://www.timothywtidwell.com
